1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email info@thecoresphere.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address and/or phone number used with our service or WhatsApp communication.
• The relevant product, workspace, enquiry, customer, support, invoice or conversation reference, if available.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.

2. Data That May Be Deleted

Subject to successful verification, applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, a deletion request may cover personal data held by The CoreSphere Technologies, including:

• Contact information submitted through our website, products or support channels.
• Enquiry, onboarding and customer-support information.
• Records linked to WhatsApp business communications processed through CoreSphere Connect.
• Account or service-related personal information under our control.
• Other personal data that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

3. Data We May Need to Retain

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, contractual or regulatory purposes. Where complete deletion is not legally possible, retention will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Data

A deletion request submitted to The CoreSphere Technologies applies to personal data held or controlled by us. Information independently held by WhatsApp, Meta or another third-party platform is governed by that provider's own privacy, retention and deletion processes.

5. Processing of Your Request

We aim to acknowledge genuine privacy or data-deletion requests within two working days. After any required identity verification, we will review the request and complete eligible deletion within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
